Fall Paving in Somersworth

The City of Somersworth announces that road improvement work on several City streets will begin on Tuesday September 25. The following streets will be repaired over the next several weeks.

Department of Transportation. The moratorium will apply to the entire repaired road segment that includes State and City work

Brox Industries will be starting road improvement work on Salmon Falls Road from the City line to the Maine State Line, and Otis Road from W. High Street to Rocky Hill Road Brox on Tuesday with paving scheduled to occur on Wednesday.  Work on Main Street from John Parsons Drive to Indigo Hill Road will begin on Wednesday September 26.  Work activity is weather dependent and schedules may change as a result.  The City will provide regular updates to alert the public on the road repair work.  In addition, look for advance traffic control signage and electronic message board signs on the affected streets.
