We want to do Business with You!
Somersworth moto, “Proud Past, Bright Future” applies to our business climate. We continue to diligently carry on our two-century history of supporting the businesses in our City, and we want to share our bright future with you.
Somersworth boasts a business landscape that can accommodate everything from large scale manufacturing in one our industrial parks to an intimate coffee shop in our historic downtown. The City has a bustling retail district that includes both independent and national retailers. Looking for a unique space with exposed brick and river views? The historic mill buildings house everything from artist studios to small scale manufacturers. Call the economic development office at 603-692-9516 to find the right location for your business. We are happy to take you on a tour of the City and personally show you the different options available to you.
You may want to begin your search online. Available properties that are listed by a broker can be viewed at NECPE and at NNEREN. Not all properties are listed on each site so it is best to look at both. Available retail space at the Tri-City Plaza is offered by Brixmor Properties and their listings can be found on their website.
To see a list of available space in the historic Canal Street Mills in downtown Somersworth please click here or visit Great Mills Management. Also available in the Canal Street Mills is Ampersand Studios, a co-working space for start-ups, small businesses and those looking to share work space and resources.
