The mission of the City Clerk’s Office is to provide comprehensive City information for purposes of historical preservation, conducting operational and administrative City business and for the advancement of knowledge.


The City Clerk's responsibilities are as follows: 

  • Clerk of the City Council
  • Administer City, State and Federal Elections
  • Record and archive the City’s vital records & statistics
  • Record and archive the City’s meeting minutes
  • Marriage Licenses
  • Event Licenses
  • Dog Licenses
