- Alarm Permit Application: New permits have a fee of $25. All Alarm permit fees are free to government agencies and people ages 65 or older.Renewals are done once a year and notices are sent out in late November. The $10.00 renewal permit fee is due by January 31st. If renewal fee is not paid by January 31st, $20.00 is due.
- Citizen Ride Along Request Form
- Concealed Carry License Application: This form is provided by the New Hampshire Department of Safety. It is the last form listed on their Documents & Forms page.
- Dance & Special Event Permit Application: This form must be requested from the city clerk.

- Request a Tour of the PD: To request a tour of the police department, you need to e-mail Captain Matthew Duval.
- Request an Officer to Speak at an Event: To request an officer to speak at an event, the first person you should try to contact is Captain Matthew Duval. If you are unable to get in touch with him, you then contact Lieutenant Gary O'Brien.
- Request a Police Detail: To request a police detail you need to call the Police Department. You may be required to pre-pay the invoice before the event if the police department does not commonly do business with you. There is a four-hour minimum requirement for the detail, and you are billed separately for a cruiser if you request one at $20.00 with a four hour minimum. You must give a minimum of two hours notice before the event of a cancelation or you will be billed for the four hours. Call dispatch at (603) 692-3131 to cancel. The cost of a detail is currently $95/hour. The cost changes from year to year.
